AppVerix Wholesale Pricing: Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you (the Shopify merchant who installs the app) and AppVerix (“we”). By installing AppVerix Wholesale Pricing you agree to them.
1. What the app does
The app lets you create wholesale groups tied to customer tags. For signed-in customers who carry a group’s tag it applies a percent discount in the cart and at checkout, can check order minimums through Shopify’s checkout validation, and offers optional theme blocks (a quick order form and a banner). It does not create company accounts, payment terms, tax exemptions or price lists, and it does not change the prices shown on product pages.
2. Price and billing
- Three plans: Starter at $19 USD, Growth at $49 USD and Pro at $99 USD every 30 days, each with a 7-day free trial. The plans differ in the number of groups and rules. The price is not based on revenue, orders or customers.
- Shopify bills you on your Shopify invoice. We never see your card.
- To cancel, use Settings in the app or uninstall it. Shopify stops the charge and the app removes its discount and checkout rule. We don’t refund partial periods unless Shopify’s rules or the law require it.
- If we change the price we tell you at least 30 days before, and you approve the new charge in Shopify.
3. Your responsibilities
- The groups are yours. You are responsible for the percents, tags and minimums you set, and for tagging the right customers.
- Test your prices and minimums with a tagged test customer before you rely on them, including how they combine with your other discounts and with Shopify’s own B2B features.
- Check that wholesale pricing is allowed in your agreements and by the law where you sell.
- Don’t use the app for anything illegal.
4. Data
How we handle data is in our Privacy Policy. We do not store personal data of your customers.
5. Availability and limits
We try to keep the app running but don’t promise it will never be down. Your store and checkout keep working if the app is unavailable; the discount that is already set up in Shopify keeps running on Shopify’s side. Shopify limits how long a discount Function can run, so carts with more than about 100 different lines may not get the discount. We may change or improve features, and tell you in advance if we remove something you pay for.
6. Liability
The app is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit or lost sales, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that can’t be limited by law.
7. Ending
You can stop at any time by uninstalling. We may suspend or end your use if you break these terms, with notice where reasonable. After you uninstall your data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Law
These terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes will be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction, unless consumer or other mandatory law in your country says otherwise.
9. Data Processing Addendum
By installing the app you also agree to the AppVerix Data Processing Addendum. It explains how we process personal data for you as your processor, which subprocessors we use, our security measures, deletion and how we notify you of a breach. Our security and incident response policy is public.
